The Managing Director of the Cologne-based company, Florian Steinbiss, established second residence in Berkeley, California, between 1982 and 1991. He spent his time as an author, director and producer between the two worlds and mainly working for Westdeutscher Rundfunk (WDR, Cologne). His documentary “Propaganda Swing – Dr. Goebbel’s Jazz Orchestra“ was translated into four languages and was shown on over ten foreign channels, e.g. Antenne 2 in France, ABC Australia, RTBF Belgium, ORF in Austria, RAI 3 Italy, on many PBS channels in the USA and, not least, on IBA in Israel, making it the German film seen most abroad at the time. After a leave of absence for some years from producing movies, Florian Steinbiss is focusing on film again and developing English-language feature film projects for Constant Flow Productions GmbH, including "Dance Floor Paradiso" (with Jeff Hixon), "German Films" (short film), "The Jump", "Around the Corner" and "The Führer in US".
